Terms & Conditions

 

Set out below are the terms on which Myobody Aesthetics provides service to its clients. There are additions that have been implemented to ensure that we provide the safest environment during the COVID- 19 pandemic.

Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment at Myobody Aesthetics.

 

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

 

When you make a booking at Myobody Aesthetics you will be asked to pay a 50% treatment deposit.

If you wish to change or cancel your booking then you must provide us with 48hrs notice. Failure to provide 48hrs notice will result in your deposit being redeemed as a cancelation fee.

 

Appointments (COVID-19)

  • To allow for social distancing all clients are asked to arrive only 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a consultation or treatment, if you present with what appears to be COVID 19 symptoms.

  • The clinic will operate as an appointment only service in order to manage the number of people entering the facility. We will also need to limit the number of clients in our waiting room. If the clinic reaches the maximum capacity to allow social distancing, you may be asked to wait in your car until your practitioner is ready.

  • Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. We will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

  • To reduce the contact time with your practitioner we ask that you are prepared for your treatment:

  • Face Treatments: All make-up removed prior to treatment

  • You will be asked to comply with our government guidelines which includes wearing a mask, sanitising your hands on arrival, complying with social distancing from other clients in the waiting area.

  • You will be expected to complete a COVID 19 health questionnaire prior to each appointment and you will have your temperature taken upon arrival.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide Myobody Aesthetics with all the relevant medical details prior to each treatment. If you or a member of your household has symptoms of COVID-19 and/or tested positive for COVID-19 you must not attend the clinic.

  • We do not offer appointments to any persons under the age of 18.

  • We do not allow any persons under the age of 16 to attend the facility, therefor if you bring any children to your appointment with you  will be asked to rearrange your appointment to a suitable time when you can attend on your own.

  • We request that you attend the clinic on your own. If you require another adult to be present, this must be agreed in advance with the Clinic Manager.

Courses of treatments

  • All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.

  • In the event that you do not wish to complete your treatment course any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

Myobody Aesthetics do not offer any refund for any products purchased.

Myobody Aesthetics do not offer refund of any treatments performed. All treatment benefits and their limitations will be explained prior to treatment.  We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. You must be aware when undergoing any treatment there will be no guarantee of results provided.

 

 

Your right to complain

At Myobody aesthetics we always endeavour to treat our clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Myobody Aesthetics you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either in person, by telephone or in writing. Where this cannot be resolved immediately, you will receive a correspondence within three working days to confirm that an investigation into the matter is underway and that a response will be made as soon as possible. We may require you to attend an additional consultation with the clinic manager or to provide an explanation or a solution to your concerns.

Loyalty cards

Here are Myobody Aesthetics we like to reward our clients for their loyalty to us. As of July 2021 we introduced a Client Loyalty Card, which gives the client the opportunity to get a treatment at 50% off the normal price. The client must attend for 4 treatments and will get 50% off their 5th treatment. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer the clinic is running at that time.

10% off refer a friend scheme

As we know that our clients want to share their great experiences at Myobody aesthetics with their friends, as of October 2021 we have introduced a refer a friend scheme. This gives our loyal clients and their friends the chance to receive 10% off a treatment.

In order to receive the discount the new client must inform the clinic at the time of booking that they have been referred by an existing client. Once the new client has paid for and received their treatment then the referrer (existing client) will be able to use their 10% off a treatment.

This discount can not be used towards products or in conjunction with any other offers the clinic is running (such as value packs). Referrers can receive 10% off for each new client they refer, they can use each discount on separate occasions but can not use multiple discounts at once.  

All treatments are subject to suitability.

Giveaway/Competitions

Any giveaway or competitions held by the clinic are subject to change. The clinic reserve the right to cancel the giveaway or competition at any time. Any products or services offered as part of the competition are subject to availability and suitability. Any products or services offered as part of the competition or giveaway can not be swapped for other services and can not be used as monetary value towards any other services offered.
